When making a contract with a hotel partner your credit card details and other essential booking details may be passed on to that hotel. By making a purchase with a credit card, you are consenting for us to pass on such details. The credit card that you use in making any purchase must expressly be your own or one which you are legally authorised to use.

Currency rates and costs related to foreign products are subject to fluctuation and LAKBAY PILIPINAS is not liable for the accuracy of rates at any particular time.

All rates, unless clearly stated otherwise on the website (for example in case of a package), are per room per night.

If, after making a reservation, there are any changes in your details relating to your purchase you are responsible for informing the Hotel and LAKBAY PILIPINAS within a reasonable amount of time, via email, telephone or via fax.
