      Most important tip for staying hydrated — avoid alcohol.

    3. H2O is the best tasting thing esp whan it gets hot and you out on a each. The health benefits of drinking water are unmeasurable and will go a long way in keeping you active and healthy which a lot of people don’t realise. Great post for awareness.
