Cebu Gov. Gwendolyn Garcia has welcomed the report that central Philippine island province of Cebu was ranked third best island in Asia recently by New York based travel magazine Travel + Leisure.

It followed Bali, which ranked first, and Maldives, second.  Cebu got a rating of 87.5 points, eight points up from last year’s 79.68 point.

Survivor Israel 2010 in Caramoan Island

The Philippine Department of Tourism welcomes once more the cast and crew of “Survivor Israel,” the Israeli franchise of the hit American TV reality game show “Survivor” in the Caramoan Peninsula in the province of Camarines Sur.
